Yachtbook Corporation ltd. is a specialized yacht recruiting agency, facilitating the meeting between shipowners and maritime professionals.

Yachtbook requested the development of a website dedicated to managing the selection process for roles at sea. We created a complete platform that allows owners to register their vessels, specify the required licenses and publish detailed job offers. Seafarers, in turn, can create a personal account to enter data, skills and resumes, applying directly to the positions of their interest.

The site manages the entire selection process, performing automatic checks to ensure compatibility between candidates and offers, thus streamlining the verification phases and facilitating the evaluation of profiles.

Thanks to the new platform, Yachtbook is now able to offer an efficient and automated service, which makes the selection process faster and more accurate. The agency has access to an administrative control panel that allows to easily monitor registrations, submitted resumes, applications and the licenses required for each vessel. This centralized system not only optimizes the management of resources, but increases the reliability of the matching between professionals and roles, improving the experience for both owners and candidates, and positioning Yachtbook as a digital leader in nautical recruiting.
